This policy explains what Zero to Diamond, LLC collects when you use ZTD Data, and what we do with it.
Information about you (our customer)
When you sign up we collect your email address and a password (stored hashed; we never see it). When you buy credits, our payment processor Stripe collects your card details directly. We never receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of your purchases, your credit balance, the lists you build (areas, filters, record counts), and the records delivered to you so you can download them again and so we never charge you twice for the same homeowner. If you connect a third-party system such as a CRM, we store the access token needed to send records there, and nothing else from that system.
We use this information to run the service, support you, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Information about property owners (the data we sell)
The records in our lists come from licensed third-party data providers and public property records. They describe property owners, not our customers. We store copies of records our customers have purchased so that repeat orders can be served from our own database. We do not add to, correct, or verify those records ourselves.
If you are a property owner and want to know whether your information appears in our data or want it removed from future lists we deliver, email support@zerotodiamond.com with your name and property address. We will suppress your record from future deliveries within 30 days. We cannot recall records already delivered to customers, and we will pass your request to our data provider where we are able.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Service providers
We rely on Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and our data providers. Each processes information only as needed to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can see and download your data from your account at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and the information we hold about you by emailing support@zerotodiamond.com. We may keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you are a California or other state resident with additional privacy rights, the same email address is the way to exercise them, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer and record data inside our systems is limited to what the service needs to operate.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the app.
